Chapter

The Sigma Phi Epsilon – California Theta chapter has been at Sacramento State for over 50 years. Originating on campus as Delta Phi Omega, then becoming Sigma Phi Epsilon in the early 60′s, the chapter has grown to become a powerhouse fraternity. With a chapter of a little over 40 members, SigEp currently holds the highest GPA of all IFC fraternities on campus, as well as the current Greek Week Champions Title along with a first place finish in 2009. Being balanced is the core of our fraternity. SigEp is not your average fraternity. We break the typical stereotypes of the “average” fraternity in more ways that one. Just take a look around our website or visit SigEp to see what were all about. We don’t compete against other fraternities, we compete against other SigEp Chapters because no other greek organization has the leadership, seminars, and national rankings that SigEp holds. Just ask any brother in the chapter and you will see what we mean.
